The hard going Italian coach is one of the most spectacular football managers in the world today. He has been in the game for a long time and coached big teams from all over the world.
Fabio started of his carer as a football player. He started in the little Italian club Spal. He played her for some years but later decided to move to the big Italian club Roma 1967.
Fabio was a defensive midfielder witch had a fantastic eye for the game. He won his first trophy with Roma when they won the Italian Cup. After this he moved to Juventus he had six successful years with the club and he also was a member of the Italian national team fore some of those years. 1970 Capello moves to Milan. The head coach at Milan is at the time Nils Liedholm. Capello has later sad that Liedholm had a great impact of his way on fotboll
Liedholm was a great teacher and thought Capello many things when it comes to the game. Capello retired from his playing carrier 1980.
After that he figured as a an assistant coach at Milan for some years. He became the head football manager in the club 1990. The rest is history Capellos team was called the invisible.
In five season he lead the team to four league titles. Players like Marco Van Basten and Paolo Maldini helped him on the way. After a disappointing season in 1995 Capello resigned from his job at Milan.
He later moved on to Real Madrid but he only stayed in the club for one season to later go back to Ac Milan again. This time his session in Milan wasn’t so good, and he later resigned from the club again.
1999 Fabio Capello became the head coach in Roma. They won the scudetto 2001 witch was Romas first big win in a decade. He had some god years on the field with th team but he was in many of arguments with fans and players. He later moved on to manage Juventus. They won the scudetto two years in a row but were later stripped from the wins because of scandals involving fixed matches and so on. So Capello left the club to join Real Madrid in 2006.
Fabio Capello led the club to victory in the Spanish league at his first year at the club. David Beckham also played at the club at the time. Capello was fired son after the win because he and the club president hadn’t the same view on how to play soccer. The club president wanted Real to play beautiful soccer and thought capello stand for a more boring strategy.
Now Capello is unemployed but something tells me that he won’t be it for long
